Logestic Site of Shahid Rajai's Seaport

Port is a kind of communication platform between marine and land transportation, its main job is to ensure adequate continuity of flowing of goods and passengers in transportation.

Significant increase in customer loyalty in a short period of time and also demanding a new product in the medium and long term course is result of port areas, logistics activities and in general offering advanced logistics services to maritime good transportation.

Today, most of the ports are required to make their land logistic in a competitive environment are therefore required to provide the facilities, especially in practical terms for the participation of operating staff who have been providing logistical support.

For first time areas (ZAL) appeared in the Europe ports - Germany and the Netherlands in mid 70's in connection with customs free zones and distribution centers. The advantage of these areas is providing integrated logistic services with the highest quality and actually operating staff are discussed as a complementary port logistics development. In fact, these areas present the new pattern on managing the second coastal line equipment and supplement with an active approach in relation to infrastructure and services.

Rajai's Port is the world's sixtieth biggest container port area and its annual average of loading and unloading is more than two million units. Nowadays the available supporting land area of Rajai's port is 380 Hectares which transferring lands provides good occasion for new containers that can be held and transferred in this area.

Rajai's Port provided the possibility of attracting private capital for these new areas by creating over 11 kilometers of access roads, installation of 7 posts of Medium Voltage, over seven thousand meters facilities for collecting sewage, surface water collection network, 10 thousand meters length water supply network and fire center.

Company "Aria Bandar terminal products," decides to prepare its logistic site during the contract with Rajai's port of Bandar Abbas for operation. The mentioned site with an area of approximately 12 hectares is located on the northern part of harbor. Aria Bandar terminal products has chosen our company "Karan Saze Pasargad" for doing the appropriate studies and supervision of project. Because of these the plan of Karan Saze Pasargad's engineers includes:
