By the approval of the General Assembly of Marine Engineering Association of Iran, forming the board of disputes for marine industries through the Judiciary has been formed as the one of activities of this association on the agenda of this year.

Captain Alimohammadi who had made this offer, said his defense in these words: At present, we can see control formations and dispute resolution classes in various industrial and commercial cooperation in judiciary.

He mentioned the real problems in shipping companies or between ship suppliers and manufacturers, and Marine Equipment & Engineering Services and said: It is this Association's duty to pursuing the formation of boars dispute of Marine Engineering.

Following this proposed scheme, the addition of "pursuing dispute resolution committee consists of marine industries Judiciary" policy was passed to the Iran's perspective in 89.
