Pursuant to agreement of Cabinet with holding 9th International Conference on Coasts, Ports and Marine Structures, Dr. Behbahani, the Roads and Transportation Minister of I.R.Iran, appointed Eng. Ataolah Sadr, the Managing Director of Ports & Maritime Organization, as the President of the ICOPMAS 2010.
