On behalf of the Sharif University of Technology (SUT) and Iranian Association of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineers (IRANAME), it is our great pleasure to invite you to submit your papers to the 4th biennial Offshore Industries Conference (OIC2011), which will take place in May 16-17, 2011 in Sharif University of Technology, Tehran, IRAN. SUT and IRANAME will hold the conference with cooperation of Iranian offshore universities and organizations. The goal of this conference is to provide a forum for researchers, scientists and practitioners from all over the world to exchange information, present new ideas, expand international cooperation and discuss the future directions and priorities in the areas of offshore engineering and related topics. Papers dealing with various aspects of offshore engineering from fundamental sciences to applications in engineering systems are encouraged to be submitted.
