Pursuant to agreement of Cabinet with holding 9^th International Conference on Coasts, Ports and Marine Structures, Dr. Behbahani, the Roads and Transportation Minister of I.R.Iran, appointed Eng. Ataolah Sadr, the Managing Director of Ports & Maritime Organization, as the President of the ICOPMAS 2010.
